Messages are delivered during regular business hours Monday-Friday by staff or volunteers. E-mails received on weekends will be delivered on Monday.
We need the patient's complete name (first and last) without nicknames. Please complete all of the required fields so that we can ensure that your message is delivered promptly. Every effort will be made to deliver your message. If the patient has been discharged out of our facility, we will make every attempt to contact you, the sender. Thank you for using this free service.
Messages are delivered by Pastoral Care/Volunteer Services Department during regular business hours, Monday-Friday.
Delays in delivery may occur, especially during weekends and holidays. We will make every attempt to deliver your message promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery. If a patient has already been discharged, we will attempt to contact the sender and the message will be discarded. Undeliverable messages will be discarded.
The E-mail a Patient service should not be used for confidential communications. It is meant solely as a method of sending encouragement to patients in the hospital. Please do not include information of a personal nature, or include any medical or diagnostic information. All messages will be read and printed by staff or volunteers.
Inappropriate messages including business solicitations or messages containing offensive or obscene language, etc., will be discarded at the discretion of the volunteers or staff.
