Prevention: Take a free HEARTaware risk assessment online by clicking here. HEARTaware will help you determine your risk for heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. If you are found to be at high risk, you will be offered a free screening with a cardiac nurse. You may also sign up for free e-mail education about health topics.
Community Education: Through classes, health fairs, wellness screenings, and numerous events, West Tennessee Heart and Vascular Center strives to educate the public about the risks of heart disease and ways to live healthy and control heart disease risk factors.
