FAQs
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most insurance plans and all TennCare plans.
Why do I have to wait so long to see a provider?
We strive to give each patient the best care possible. In doing so, some patients require a longer portion of time than others due the complexity of their illness. This additional time is necessary for review, evaluation, documentation, and related testing. Each visit to a primary/specialty care setting can have its own complexities and making a variety of appointment types each day is one of the ways to ensure we provide each patient with the attention that they need during their appointment.
