Visitor Information

Jackson-Madison County General Hospital values our patients and the families that love them. We strive to make them as comfortable as possible during their visit with us.

Our goal is to provide a setting in which the expertise of physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation specialists and others are brought together to improve the health of patients in West TN.

If patients or family members have any questions and/or comments about hospital care or procedures, they are encouraged to contact any member of the Patient Relations Office with assurance that any patient or family concern will be handled with sensitivity and in confidence. If you have a concern about your care or any situation while you are a patient with us, please call or ask your nurse to call the Patient Relations office at (731) 541-6184 or extension 16184 from your bedside.

Visiting hours vary by department at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.  Please talk with your loved one's nurse to coordinate times appropriate for the patient, care team and family.
