SPIRE Rehabilitation Hospital to Host Community Grand Opening Celebration

WHAT:  Community grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting for Spire Rehabilitation Hospital

The new, freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital includes 48 all-private patient rooms featuring one isolation room, four bariatric rooms and 10 rooms equipped for patients needing dialysis treatments during their stay. Also included in the 57,066-square-foot hospital, is a spacious therapy gym, courtyard, dining and dayroom areas.

WHEN:  Wednesday, June 14, 2017
4 – 6 p.m. (Presentation to begin promptly at 4:10 p.m.)

WHERE: 616 West Forest Avenue, Jackson, Tennessee

WHY:  The new rehabilitation hospital will relocate from its current location on the fourth floor at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and begin accepting patients on July 1, 2017. The hospital will provide comprehensive physical rehabilitation to patients who have experienced stroke, trauma, brain and orthopedic injuries, or other major illnesses or injuries.
