Occupational Therapy, often referred to as “OT,” is a service that uses individualized treatments to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.
Our occupational therapists will identify the problems you are having and will help you either regain the abilities you need or teach you new ways to adapt to your environment or activities.
Occupational therapy provides you with the skills you need to enable you to participate in everyday life activities, such as dressing, eating, sleeping, working, driving, living alone and more. Unexpected health issues, such as a stroke, an accident, a disease, or an illness can make routine activities difficult, but occupational therapy can help you live life to its fullest!
