WTH has partnered with iCIMS for the its Talent Management Software Application. You will need to update your login information to access this system if you desire to apply for a transfer.

Please see the instructions below on how to access the login and password information. Internal job openings are available via our internal posting site.

Login Name Information:

Your username will be the same preceded by wthmc\. For example, if your name is Current Employee and your WTH login name is Cemployee1, you will access iCIMS by entering wthmc\Cemployee1. You will need to create a password.

Acquiring My Password:

To create a password (or reset a lost one), please click on “Forgot your Login or Password?” and enter a valid email address. An email will be sent to you with a link to create or to reset your password. This feature is available 24 hours a day from any internet connected device. The WTH Help Desk will not be able to reset any passwords for iCIMS. NOTE: You may create the same password you have for the WTH system provided it meets the security requirements of iCIMS. The password will not update when you update your WTH system password.
