Individualized Services

Job Coaching – We offer job coaching services for those who express interest in fully integrated employment. Through job coaching, a qualified individual (job coach) works directly with an individual with a disability in a training or placement site to help him/her learn the specific requirements of the job; learn work-related activities and learn appropriate work-related (including social) behaviors when dealing with supervisors and co-workers.

Therapy - The Adult Day Services Program includes personal care training as well as therapeutic services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, if needed. Therapy occurs during our adults’ daily routine at the Center and therapy plans are then carried out by our trained staff. Daily therapeutic positioning and individually designed activities are provided to promote physical and mental stimulation for our adult clients.

Meals – Our trained kitchen staff prepares meals tailored for individual dietary needs. Our cook works in conjunction with our medical professionals to insure healthy and safe meal times. We provide a morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack to each adult in our program.

Nursing - In addition to classroom and therapy staff, the Center also has licensed nurses who oversee each client’s medical needs, if needed. From simple aches and pains or medication administration to tube feeding or suctioning, our nurse is actively integrated into our participants’ day and monitors their overall health.
