Little General wants you to keep healthy by:

  • Bathing daily
  • Using deodorant
  • Brushing your hair daily and washing hair frequently
  • Using sunscreen and drink plenty of water when going outside
  • Controlling the spread of germs by washing your hands
  • Keeping your teeth clean by brushing after meals and before bed
  • Eating foods from all the food groups
  • Not eating or drinking after others
  • Covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze
  • Exercising daily and sleeping at least 8 hours each night
