Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How do I get services started?
A:  Our referral process is simple.
Visit our Referrals page for further information

Q:  Where do I start if I think my child needs help?
A:  Of course talk with your pediatrician and please give us a call. We will help discuss any possible treatment options including possible services, service locations and any other concerns unique to your situation.  We can also help provide information for area resources.

Q:  I’m concerned about the cost of treatment.
A: We accept private and state insurance plans. We also offer a sliding fee payment scale for those who qualify. Please ask us for more information. A discount is also provided for services not covered by insurance.

Q:  My child doesn’t have any SEVERE difficulties. We just feel like he is behind other kids his same age. Would an evaluation still be appropriate?
A:  Absolutely! A parent or caregiver is often the first to recognize struggles that may face our children. We work with children and young adults whose challenges may range from minor handwriting problems to more complex needs.
