Prepared Childbirth – Jackson

Led by a registered nurse who is a trained childbirth educator, this evening class is held weekly for three weeks. these classes are designed for the expectant mother and her labor partner to provide instruction on breathing, relaxation, and coping techniques for use during labor with or without medication. You’ll also become familiar with the stages and variations of labor including back labor, c-section, induction, and epidural delivery using instruction, video, and interactive activities. Fee $50

Three week series.  Classes  are weekly  Monday November 2,9,16
