Tina Woodson is a certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in healthcare in Memphis, TN as a Registered Nurse in the operating room. Since that time, she has logged nearly 23 years’ experience in patient care as a Registered Nurse. Most of that time was spent in the Operating Room caring for surgical patients over several different specialties. While working at Vanderbilt University, she completed her Master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University in the summer of 2016. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society for Nurses, and is also a licensed Registered Nurse First Assistant. She holds membership in Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Association, American Nurse Credentialing Center, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and CCI where she holds CNOR certification in her field of surgery. She is a certified wound care nurse practitioner.
