Infusion therapies can be delievered in the comfort of your patient's home, with the help of home infusion nurses and our home infusion team that has more than 17 years of experience serving patients across West Tennessee.
We provide many types of infusion therapies that can be safely administered at home, from nutrition support to pain medication, transplant therapies to immune therapy for patients of all ages. Medical Center Infusion Services pharmacists prepare the infusion solutions that can be delivered through a needle or catheter and our team provides the equipment for each specific infusion therapy. The Medical Center Infusion Services team offers individualizedd assessment of patient compiance and progress, coordination of patient education and training, and coordination with physicians and other providers. Our pharmacists can provide pharmackinetic dosing assessments and dose monitoring along with recommendations for TPN formations and patient-need assessments.
