Your privacy is very important to us. All Pathways employees receive training regarding HIPAA (Health Information Protection and Accountability Act) regulations and sign Confidentiality Statements of Understanding. Clients receive a client's rights and confidentiality policy upon admission and are made aware of a client advocacy number to call with any concerns. We understand that maintaining strict confidentiality is a very important aspect of rendering behavioral health services.

All information relayed to staff or in your chart is strictly confidential and is not released to anyone without your written consent.
