Medical Products’ staff of professionals is also available nights and weekends for emergencies. If an emergency should occur after hours, please call the office at 731-664-4305 or 800-464-6284. Your call will be answered by a well-qualified answering service that will forward the call to Medical Center Medical Products personnel for prompt assistance.
For an after-hours call or page, our goal is to return a call in 30 minutes and to provide a two-hour response for a delivery if it is medically necessary.
Please note that only standard home medical equipment can be delivered after business hours. Specialized equipment or any items requiring fitting must be measured and/or ordered during regular business hours.
