What to Expect

We are dedicated to providing very good care and strive to meet your needs while you are a patient with us. If you have questions, please ask your nurse or the department director for assistance.
All of our facilities are non-smoking buildings.

Things to bring with you:

  • List of medications or actual medications that you take regularly.
  • Doctor's orders.
  • Employment paperwork if your treatment is work-injury-related.
  • Insurance card(s).

Patient Advocate:

The Patient Relations Office is here to help each patient. If you have a concern about your care or any situation while you are a patient with us, please call or ask your nurse to call the Patient Relations office at 731-541-6184 or extension 16184 from your bedside.
