Our Process

Our goal, from start to finish, is to be your guide throughout our process in an effort to allow the most stress free and informative experience possible.

Throughout each step, we act as consultants, liaisons, process managers, and basic points of contact. We are here to provide information and support every step of the way.

Shortly after your CV is received, a recruiter will contact you to introduce themselves, answer your questions, and generally discuss the opportunity to which you have applied.

Following your initial conversation with one of our helpful recruiters, we will coordinate a phone conversation with an administrator or physician from the opportunity to which you have applied.   Following the phone conversation we will help you and the interested practices coordinate a site visit, should a mutual interest develop.

In preparation for your trip to Jackson, we will work with you to select dates that meet your personal and professional schedule. Our office will coordinate your travel, rental car, hotel accommodations, and community tour as well as a detailed itinerary of your day(s) of interviews.

Because we want you to have the best experience possible visiting a new community, we will spend the day with you during your interviews. We want to make sure that you not only get a good feel for the campus and culture but that all of your questions are answered and that your day runs as smoothly as possible.

Once a candidate accepts a position, we assist in house hunting tours.  We will also assist in coordinating your travel and hotel accommodations as well as realtor time for this trip as well.

Should a trailing spouse need information or assistance while job hunting, we are here to help.
