Trish Folden, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience providing patient-centered care across cardiovascular medicine, primary care, orthopedics, infectious disease, and wellness medicine. She is known for her thorough assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and compassionate approach to care.
Trish earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and is licensed in Arizona. She maintains current ACLS and BLS certifications and has advanced training in heart failure management, medical aesthetics, and regenerative therapies.
Her clinical expertise includes managing complex cardiac and vascular conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and peripheral vascular disease. She is highly skilled in diagnostic interpretation, IV therapies, anticoagulation management, and remote patient monitoring.
Trish Folden is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association and is dedicated to helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
