The Caruthersville School Health Clinic provides minor and immediate medical care for all Caruthersville school students, staff, and staff’s immediate family members, and not open to the general public. The clinic is conveniently located within the Elementary School and staffed with a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

West Tennessee Healthcare provides a wide range of health services to students and staff right at school, making care accessible and convenient.
- Primary and preventive care–routine checkups, well-child visits, sports physicals, and screenings for vision, hearing, and other health issues.
- Acute and emergency care–treatment for injuries, sudden illnesses (like strep throat), and first aid for emergencies that occur at school.
- Chronic disease management–ongoing care and monitoring for students and staff with conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy.
- Immunizations and vaccinations–Flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines, and routine childhood and adult immunizations.
Our goal is to support students’ overall well-being, reduce absenteeism, and help students and staff stay healthy and ready to learn.
