Many of our projects are funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services.
Services at Pathways | Dyer County
Our highly trained behavioral health providers includes psychiatrists, therapists, nurses and other clinicians who offer specialized services for patients coping with mental health and substance abuse issues, including:
- Mobile crisis services
- Outpatient counseling for behavioral and substance use needs
- Medication management
- Case management services
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery
Many of these services are also available via telehealth. Clients from this office as well as others in the community are also able to participate in Peer Support Services at the Hope Drop-in Center.
