Pathways – Dyer County Office

About

The Pathways office in Dyer County is located in Dyersburg and offers mobile crisis services, outpatient counseling for behavioral and substance use needs, medication management, case n\management services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery. Many of these services are also available via telehealth. Clients from this office as well as others in the community are also able to participate in Peer Support Services at the Hope Drop-in Center.
As a National Health Service Corps site, we promise to: serve all patients, offer discounted fees for patients who qualify, not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or inability to pay. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program.
