Jennifer Putnam-Scott, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in adult gerontology. A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a Master of Science in Nursing, she brings over 20 years of experience serving the communities of West Tennessee with compassion and clinical excellence.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has remained committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the needs of each patient. Her approach combines deep clinical knowledge with a strong sense of community connection and patient advocacy.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Jackson State Community College.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her blended family of seven children, who keep her active and inspired.
