
JACKSON, TN. — West Tennessee Healthcare is proud to recognize Dr. Archie Wright, D.O.,
as the 2026 Doctor of the Year at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

from a group of outstanding nominees whose daily work reflects a deep commitment to

With years of dedicated service to West Tennessee Healthcare, Dr. Wright is known not only for
the quality of care he provides, but for the way he connects with patients and families, taking time
to listen, offering comfort, and building trust when it matters most. He is also widely respected by
fellow physicians, nurses, and staff for his professionalism, teamwork, and willingness to step in
wherever needed.
