Bio
Cindy Jones, MSN, FNP-C, is an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to families in Henderson and the surrounding communities. She has more than three decades of nursing and advanced practice experience across cardiology, critical care, and family medicine.
A proud West Tennessee native, Cindy began her nursing education at Jackson State Community College before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University, graduating cum laude. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Cindy’s professional journey includes roles as a staff and charge nurse in critical care at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, leadership positions at The Jackson Clinic, and nearly two decades as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Prime Care Medical Center. Since 2017, she has served patients at West Tennessee Medical Group Primary Care Henderson, where she is known for her focus on women’s health, breast cancer prevention, cardiology, and overall wellness.
Her outstanding clinical work has been recognized with multiple awards, including West Tennessee Nurse of the Year and Best Nurse Practitioner of the Year in Chester County in 2021 and 2023. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Outside of medicine, Cindy is a devoted wife of 39 years, mother of two, and grandmother. She is active in her church and values faith, family, and serving her community. She also enjoys educating patients about preventive care and empowering them to take an active role in their health.
