Bio
Kelly L. Blair, PsyD, a Clinical Neuropsychologist, has been with West Tennessee Healthcare since 1998. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Neuropsychology and holds board certifications in Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. In 2017, Dr. Blair transitioned from West Tennessee Rehabilitation Center to his current position at West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine Center.
Dr. Blair earned his Master of Science and Doctor of Psychology degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology. He completed his Pre-doctoral Internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center. Additionally, he completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship at Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Dr. Kelly L. Blair provides neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, including pre-surgical evaluations for spinal-cord stimulators, pain pumps, and bariatric surgery. He also offers psychotherapy to address adjustment to medical illness/injury, psychological factors affecting medical conditions, and general clinical problems. Dr. Blair sees patients at West Tennessee Neuroscience and Spine Center, West Tennessee Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital-Jackson and Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
