A proud Paris, Tennessee native, Dr. Megan Higgins brings more than 15 years of dedicated pediatric experience to families across Paris and the surrounding counties. She earned her undergraduate degree from Murray State University and her medical degree from the James H. Quillen College of Medicine, before completing her pediatric residency at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN.

During her training, Dr. Higgins developed a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages. At West Tennessee Medical Group Pediatrics, she provides comprehensive services, including:

• Well-child visits

• Immunizations

• Sports physicals

• Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries

“I have always loved kids,” says Dr. Higgins. “I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a doctor and care for children. My philosophy is simple—it’s all about the kids. I do everything I can to help every child I see grow up happy and healthy.”

Outside the clinic, Dr. Higgins enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She stays actively involved in her kids’ activities and values quality time with her extended family.
