Sara Hodge is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 15 years of experience in the nursing field. She is a licensed Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing specializing in Family medicine.
Sara has a comprehensive knowledge of patient care, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic, acute, and long-term health issues. She is confident that her experience, knowledge, decision-making, and leadership skills are important strengths that will contribute to her success as a healthcare provider.
In her role as an FNP, Sara is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to her patients. She is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals and improve their overall well-being.
