Jackson-Madison County General Hospital Earns National HeartCARE Center Distinction for Fifth Consecutive Year

Jackson, Tennessee – The American College of Cardiology (ACC) has once again recognized Jackson-Madison County General Hospital for its ongoing commitment to excellence in cardiovascular care. The hospital has earned the HeartCARE Center National Distinction of Excellence for the fifth consecutive year, reaffirming its position as a regional leader in heart care for West Tennessee.

Hospitals earning the HeartCARE Center designation meet rigorous standards by participating in multiple ACC Accreditation Services programs, national data registries, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Jackson-Madison County General Hospital holds Chest Pain Center with PCI Accreditation and Transcatheter Valve Certification and participates in several registries including the Chest Pain–MI Registry and CathPCI Registry.
