I always have a very pleasant experience every time I see Dr. Machra. She is very attentive and seems to be genuinely interested in my health.

Dr. Machra and staff are very friendly, compassionate and attentive to detail. I get the feeling that Dr. Machra genuinely cares about my husband and myself. She's there when we need her.

I wish there were more stars to choose from. When I first met Dr Ravi, I could tell immediately that she cares about you, the patient. She is a great listener. She is an unusual Doctor in that she goes up and beyond her "job". She had great bedside manners and besides that she is funny and fun to talk to. If empathy and caring could cure people, no one would be sick after coming to see her. If anyone has an issue with this caring professional, then there is more to the story. I have spent many hours in her counsel, advice and care. She is a home town hero to me. Yes, she is a great doctor too, lol.

Addressed problems/solutions conservativly. I'm happy that we agree in diet/lifestyle changes as the first step. Staff is friendly, efficient.

Very knowledgeable and professional! The doctor and staff were very caring toward my 78 year old sister and had her relaxed immediately. Would definitely recommend Dr. Machra!
