Bio
Joseph Duke, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in clinical practice and academic research. He joined West Tennessee Medical Group in 2025, bringing with him over two years of specialized experience in urology from his time at Novant Health Davidson Urology in Lexington, North Carolina.
Joseph holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from High Point University, where he gained hands-on experience in patient-centered care and procedural skills. Prior to becoming a PA, he earned a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky and worked as a Phlebotomist Technician at Alamance Regional Medical Center. His academic background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Western Kentucky University, and he has co-authored several peer-reviewed research publications.
Known for his clear communication, thoughtful approach, and compassionate care, Joseph is passionate about helping patients feel heard and supported. He recently relocated to Jackson, TN, with his wife, Hannah, and is excited to serve the local community.
Outside the clinic, Joseph enjoys playing guitar, attending live music events, hiking, and spending time with his family.
