Bio
Rebecca Morris, DNP, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and proud West Tennessee native who combines clinical expertise with compassionate care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Union University, graduating summa cum laude, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Her background includes extensive experience in primary care and hematology/oncology, where she developed a passion for supporting patients through complex health challenges. Today, she focuses on palliative medicine, providing guidance and comfort to patients and their families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
In addition to her clinical practice, Rebecca has served as a nursing instructor at Union University and Dyersburg State Community College, preparing the next generation of nurses for success. She also brings years of experience in emergency and pulmonology care, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient needs.
A resident of Dyersburg, Rebecca Morris enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their blended family of four sons. She is also an active member of First Baptist Church Dyersburg, where she sings in the choir.
