Board of Trustees
The Jackson-Madison County General Hospital District Board of Trustees meets regularly on the last Tuesday of each month at 5 pm at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital unless otherwise indicated. Special meetings are called as needed.
All board meetings will include a period for public comment to provide the public with the opportunity to comment on matters that are relevant to items on the agenda for the meeting if notice is provided. Click here to review the requirements for commenting and the process for notice.
The Cloverkey Gift Shop
The Cloverkey Gift Shop at West Tennessee Healthcare Jackson-Madison County General Hospital offers a large selection of get-well gifts, snacks and beverages, fresh flowers, convenience items, West Tennessee Healthcare branded merchandise, and more! Purchases can be made in person at the gift shop, online, or by phone.
Free Same-Day Delivery to Patients
The gift shop offers free same-day delivery to patients at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital! Place your order online at the link below, or call the gift shop at 731-541-6192 to speak with a friendly Cloverkey associate. Orders placed within two hours of closing are delivered the same day.
Rewards Program
Customers can sign up for Cloverkey Rewards in person at the gift shop. Rewards members will earn points on qualifying purchases made at the gift shop. Points can be redeemed for merchandise at any Cloverkey location.

Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
