 “I was recently a patient at Jackson General and am calling to give my Case Manager, Bethany Holt, kudos.  My wife and I were so very pleased with what we believed was genuine, personal interest in our well-being. Bethany was very attentive, answered our questions patiently, and gave us good information.  Most importantly, she called us after discharge to ensure we were getting the after-care we needed, and to see if there was any other way she could be of help.  Bethany was very professional, and we feel that she went above and beyond.  Well, not only ‘above and beyond,’ but in a very caring, compassionate way.”
