We Talk Health Ep. 50 – What Does LSVT Big and Loud Mean?

November 24, 2020

On this episode of We Talk Health, Will Kwasigroh and Cathy Sudbury travel to the Sports Plus Dyersburg location and interview JoBeth Cook and Matt Coleman about the LSVT Big and Loud Program. This is a program, created in 1987, that is designed to help people improve function and potentially slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease, which can deter speech and motor function as the disease progresses. The Big aspect focuses on movement and how to maintain motor function while the Loud aspect focuses on speech. Tune in to find out more!
