Amanda Nold, PA, will conclude her primary care practice at Primary Care Selmer effective January 30, 2026.
Primary care services at Primary Care Selmer will continue without interruption. Patients will be reassigned to another qualified provider within the clinic to ensure continuity of care. Medical records will remain securely on file at Primary Care Selmer, located at 270 East Court Avenue, Selmer, TN 38375, and may be transferred to a medical provider of the patient’s choice upon request.
