Bio

Dr. Murtaza graduated from The Aga Khan University with his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2014. He then went to Houston Methodist Hospital where he received his Internal Medicine Residency, University of Arizona College of Medicine to receive his Cardiovascular disease fellowship, and then to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for his Interventional Cardiology fellowship. Dr. Murtaza has several committee memberships and awards: Chief Fellow at the University of Arizona, Fellow of the year, Inpatient Hospitalist Committee to Improve Patient Outcomes and Quality, and Patient safety committee.
