OMG I have died and gone to heaven!! Even though I was a new patient, I wasn't treated like that at all.. They treated me like I had been coming there for years, and it felt like we knew one another. The entire staff was kind, courteous, thoughtful and they made sure I understood what was expected from me when coming to their clinic. This staff knew what they wanted and what I needed and was on top of their game. Unbelievable amazing to see graceful employees.. IThey went into great detail about my up coming procedure, what I needed to do and what would take place. The wait time was 5 mins to be seen and that's the 1st clinic in yrs for me! Give me more of that plz from these other clinics I have to go too. Take notes ppl! When it came to paper work to fill out all I had to do was name, address, phone #, previous dr and signature. I couldn't believe my eyes, the staff had gathered all my info needed from ALL my other drs which was so refreshing. It was great seeing employees taking pride in their work and enjoying doing their job. It seems like the last few yrs that has become a rare trait with all businesses and their employees... Now a days they want to pass to the next person, leaving you going in circles with no answers, solution or results, which leaves you frustrated, annoyed and wasted time. I was amazed at the outcome of my visit because I was in and out of there in less than an hour, so amazed, thrilled, and delighted all rolled into one. They're the 1st clinic that knew what to do and correct way to get job done right the 1st time. I have no complaints on this clinic except they are not located in Jackson, TN!! I love them already, now if the procedure just goes as good I will have it made. To be continued ..
