Pathways – Obion County Office

About

The Pathways office in Obion County is located in Union City and offers mobile crisis services, individual and group outpatient counseling for behavioral and substance use needs, medication management, case management services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery, psychiatric rehabilitation, and a batterer’s intervention program. Many of these services are also available via telehealth.
As a National Health Service Corps site, we promise to: serve all patients, offer discounted fees for patients who qualify, not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or inability to pay. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program.
