About
Prime Care Selmer is a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) testing site. ALL patients are asked to call ahead for any treatment (731-645-7932), and clinic staff will give every patient specific instructions to follow, including pre-screening by phone. At that point, the patient will either be:
- Instructed to remain home and self monitor, or
- Instructed to come to this location for evaluation and testing.
All patients who present to our clinic locations will be required to wear a mask and clean their hands prior to entering the clinic. Restrooms and sanitizer are available at clinic entrances.
Patients will only be tested if they meet the CDC testing qualifications, which are:

Dr. Bergman was very professional and the visit was just to become established with her. My last doctors office always treated me like their personal friend and it will take awhile to get used to being treated differently in this place.
My Doctor always goes above and beyond all expectations, could not recomend Sarah Burgman to enough people. Her nurses as well, Ashley is amazing and honestly cares about the patient's. The front staff are always kind and prompt. Never act put out when you need something, or make you feel bad for occupying their time.
Dr. Eason was aware of my past problems with arthritis. He was able to answer my questions concerning where I had had prior Cortizone shots. He was confident and professional in my treatment. Satisfied with my service.
Great Dr and really care about you!!!!
