About
Prime Care Selmer is a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) testing site. ALL patients are asked to call ahead for any treatment (731-645-7932), and clinic staff will give every patient specific instructions to follow, including pre-screening by phone. At that point, the patient will either be:
- Instructed to remain home and self monitor, or
- Instructed to come to this location for evaluation and testing.
All patients who present to our clinic locations will be required to wear a mask and clean their hands prior to entering the clinic. Restrooms and sanitizer are available at clinic entrances.
Patients will only be tested if they meet the CDC testing qualifications, which are:

Dr. Vinson has been my primary care provider for a very long time. He takes his job very seriously. He takes the time with his patients to listen to our concerns concerning our problems.
The West Tennessee Medical group in Selmer is absolutely wonderful. You can usually get right in to see someone, you almost never wait but a few minutes after you arrive for your appointment and the staff really do care about you. Case in point, Kelley Fowler, the nurse practitioner there, is amazing. She put me right at ease and knew exactly how my treatment should go. She also arranged a referral and called me the same day that I had my test with the test results. Seriously, the medical care here is wonderful.
He was wonderful
Was seen in a timely manner and treated very well.
