Bio
Jacob Mullins, MD, is a pediatrician in Selmer who provides compassionate, family-centered care for infants, children, and adolescents. He is dedicated to helping families feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their child’s growth.
Dr. Mullins completed medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and is completing his pediatric residency through the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. His training includes a wide range of pediatric care settings, including primary care, inpatient pediatrics, emergency medicine, the neonatal intensive care unit, the pediatric intensive care unit, and pediatric subspecialty care.
In the clinic setting, Dr. Mullins cares for children through well-child visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, vaccine guidance, and the management of ongoing health concerns. He values building long-term relationships with families and believes good pediatric care starts with listening, explaining things clearly, and working together on a plan that fits each child’s needs.
Dr. Jacob Mullins is passionate about preventive care, early childhood development, and helping families navigate both everyday concerns and more complex health needs. His goal is to be a trusted partner for parents and caregivers as their children grow.
