Thank you Jessica for your professionalism and care.
Check in was fast. There was not a long wait time. Staff was very friendly .Nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly and helpful. Asks questions and explains things. They don't rush you. They were all awesome !
The Ladies working that day where great! Made my day. I had to get stitches and Jessica and her nurse where the best. They where kind and made it as painless as possible to get stitches. I reccomend going here if you need not so serious health care!
There were two receptionists at the desk when you come in one was rude and the other was sick coughing all over everything and kept leaving to go to the bathroom. I was already sick, I don't need to catch something else coming to the Dr office , she should have been off or at least wearing a mask. There was noone in waiting room when I got there, 2 people left after I was checked in, yet I sat in the waiting room for an hour. Only one other patient checked in after I did and we were both called back within a minute of each other. Once I was in the room and nurses and Nurse Practitioner were both nice, and efficient. I was probably in room 30-45 minutes total seeing the nurse, nurse practitioner and the nurse that came in to give me shot. I feel like the whole visit should have taken that amount of time since they weren't that busy. Most of the rooms had the doors open and light off, so it wasn't because they were overflowing with patients. Anyway overall I would go back but think they need to train the reception area better and work on there wait times when not extremely busy.
This visit was nice and easy. Short visit times and extremely nice staff.
