Candice Johnson Jones, D.O. Now Serving More of West Tennessee Medical Group

HENDERSON, TN (March 24, 2022) – Candice Johnson Jones, D.O., family medicine physician is now seeing patients at West Tennessee Medical Group – Prime Care (Henderson), located at 426 White Avenue, Henderson, TN.  Dr. Jones is now accepting new patients. Dr. Jones obtained her undergraduate degree at The University of Memphis. She attended medical school at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky. She completed her residency at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.  Dr. Jones has been practicing family medicine since 2013. Since then she has worked in outpatient medicine, as well as the hospital, nursing home, and emergency room settings.

Dr. Jones will be seeing patients for chronic care management and acute care. She offers annual exams, sick visits, school and sports physicals, and immunizations. Dr. Jones has specific interests in diabetes, women’s health, and pediatrics.  She does joint injections, Nexplanon insertions, women’s yearly exams, and well child exams in addition to routine care.

Dr. Jones currently lives in her hometown of Henderson, TN. She is married and has two children. She is excited to be able to care for those in her local community.
