PARIS, TN. — For generations, Henry County Hospital has cared for families across our community. On July 11, the hospital will complete its transition to Epic, becoming fully connected through the West Tennessee Healthcare electronic health record system and bringing patients a more connected, convenient and coordinated healthcare experience.
Epic is the secure electronic medical record used throughout West Tennessee Healthcare. It allows healthcare providers to securely share patient information across hospitals and clinics, helping deliver more seamless, coordinated care no matter where patients receive care within the health system.
One of the biggest benefits for patients is MyChart, Epic’s secure patient portal. MyChart allows patients to view test results, request prescription refills, schedule and manage appointments, communicate with their care team and access their health information anytime, anywhere.

WTH representatives will be available throughout the hospital to help patients and families navigate MyChart, answer questions and provide support as the community transitions to the new system. Free MyChart training sessions will also be offered for anyone who would like additional assistance.
This transition marks another investment in the future of healthcare in Henry County,strengthening the connection between our community hospital and the entire West Tennessee Healthcare system while making it easier than ever for patients to stay connected to their care.
