WEST TENNESSEE MEDICAL GROUP PARTNERS WITH BENTON COUNTY SCHOOLS

Camden, Tennessee (July 12, 2022) – West Tennessee Medical Group is pleased to announce the
opening of the Benton County School Health Clinic, a new school-based facility, at Briarwood Elementary
School in Camden, Tennessee. The clinic will be located at 169 Briarwood Avenue, and will be staffed by
West Tennessee Medical Group Family Nurse Practitioner, Tara Roberts along with Amy Baker, Clinic
Receptionist.

Services will be provided to all Benton County School System students, faculty, staff, and their immediate
families for sick visits, minor injuries, physicals, lab tests, and referrals for other services.

Tara Roberts has extensive healthcare experience and has served as a family nurse practitioner at the
Humphreys County Health Department in Waverly, TN as well as working at Fast Pace Urgent Care in
Camden, TN. As a registered nurse she has over ten years of experience in the critical care field. She
earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of
Science in Nursing degree from McKendree University.

The clinic is set to open on Monday, July 18, and an open house and ribbon cutting is set for July 25,
from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. For more information about the school health clinic, please call 731-325-5231.
