Do I need to transfer my medical records?
No. All patient records will automatically transfer within West Tennessee Medical Group.

Yes. Urgent Care Thomsen Farms will remain open at its current location for all walk-in and extended-hours needs, Monday–Saturday 7 am–7 pm and Sunday from 12 pm–6 pm.
