Patients who are uninsured or fail to provide us with adequate billing information including proper managed care authorization referrals are responsible for the total payment of their bill. Any payment arrangements, other than payment in full must be approved in order to keep your account from being considered past due. Please read the Payment Options page for more information.

Uninsured discount percentages are calculated in compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA)-68-11-262 and the discount percentages will be evaluated on an annual basis and adjusted as necessary. This uninsured discount will apply based on total charges before any other discounts for which the patient may qualify. If eligible, other discounts under the Patient Financial Assistance programs will be applied on balances remaining after the uninsured discount is applied.
