Nestled conveniently at LIFT Wellness Center, West Tennessee Medical Group Primary Care Lift provides convenient access to a comprehensive range of healthcare services tailored to the distinct needs of men and women, alongside a dedicated pediatric team that caters to children of all ages. Our proactive approach prioritizes the prevention and management of chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and emphysema, six days a week.

Our comprehensive urgent care services include sick visits, immunizations, annual check-ups, women’s health screenings, and physical examinations essential for schools and sports. Recognizing the importance of convenience, we provide extended office hours, encompassing evenings and Saturdays. This clinic is open 6 days a week, and also open at 7:00 a.m. to accommodate those with early morning needs.

With our convenient walk-in policy, you can receive the care you need without the inconvenience of appointments. Whether you prefer to schedule an appointment or simply drop by, our doors are always open, ensuring that you have access to healthcare when you need it most.
