The hospital offers state-of-the-art facilities, including 8 operating rooms, a 24-bed pre-operative and recovery area, and 16 patient rooms specifically for total joint patients.
- Outpatient Services: Cardiac Holter monitor, EKGs, cardiac rehab, and outpatient physical therapy.
- Diagnostic Services: Laboratory and pathology services, radiology (X-ray), mammograms (screening and diagnostic), ultrasound, and CT scan.

I had to bring my 9-year-old son into the emergency room last night after his fever spiked again and he couldn't keep any fluids down for almost 24 hours. As a mom, it is completely terrifying watching your child look so small and lethargic in a hospital bed, but the care we received completely eased my anxiety. Doctor Ort was absolutely amazing. From the moment he walked into the room, he spoke directly to my son to make him feel comfortable, using a calm and gentle tone that immediately put him at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he could see was going on with him, walking me through the potential diagnoses without using overwhelming medical jargon. He listened intently to all of my concerns, never once making me feel rushed or dismissed. Thanks to his swift and thorough care, we got a clear treatment plan, and my son is already turning a corner at home. I am so deeply grateful for this doctor's expertise and compassionate bedside manner during a highly stressful morning!
I came to Jackson for an out patient procedure on 10/7. I was instructed to come to this location on 10/6 for pre admission. I received kindness from start to finish! Thank you for a pleasant experience.
I was truly blown away today by this hospital. My daughter broke both bones in her forearm Monday. I rushed her to Milan ER, and she was treated terribly. They were rough, mean, and did not care that her arm was shaped like a U or that she was in pain. She sat for 5 hours for them to just wrap it, tell us she'd have surgery in the morning so she didn't need pain meds and send her home. The only thing they did right was the recommendation to Dr. Ragon. Turns out surgery wasn't the next day; it was Wednesday, which is today, and from the moment we walked into this hospital, we were treated so well. I have to shout out the guy working the food counter; he had an amazing attitude and really tried to make people smile and have conversations. He went above an beyond his job and deserves a raise. The nurses and anesthesiologist are amazing. My daughter was so scared because of the treatment she got at the ER. She had been walking around since Monday with just a wrap and a sling, and she could feel the bones move and felt like they were on a nerve, making her twitch. She was in horrible pain, but they were so caring with her and really made her feel comfortable. Once she was out of pain before surgery, she kept telling them, "Thank you so much, y'all are amazing at your jobs." Dr. Ragon explained everything in detail and did an amazing job. We are so grateful for the good experience and how amazing they all are.
