West Tennessee Healthcare North Hospital, a satellite facility of Jackson-Madison General Hospital, provides a range of outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and emergency services, with 150 beds. The hospital offers state-of-the-art facilities, including 8 operating rooms, a 24-bed pre-operative and recovery area, and 16 patient rooms specifically for total joint patients.
- Outpatient Services: Cardiac Holter monitor, EKGs, cardiac rehab, and outpatient physical therapy.
- Diagnostic Services: Laboratory and pathology services, radiology (X-ray), mammograms (screening and diagnostic), ultrasound, and CT scan.
- Other Services: sleep lab and health information.

- Sleep Disorder Center for the diagnosis and management of sleep health conditions
- Orthopedic Center, offering care for outpatient surgical needs, including total joint and sports medicine procedures. In many cases, patients can return home the day of surgery after receiving a shoulder, hip, or knee replacement.
- Women’s Health Services, including a specialized imaging suite for women. In this suite, women receive the screenings they need, including mammograms and bone density tests, in comfort and a spa-like environment.

I have to stop and take the time to give this place a good review because for years, I’ve heard so many bad things about the hospital. I haven’t elderly mother who needed emergency care, and I took a chance going to this hospital to bypass the long lines and exposure to illnesses due to overcrowding at the other hospital downtown. We were not disappointed one bit. The staff was great, the nurses were very caring and knowledgeable, and they took great care of my mother to get her relocated to the bigger hospital to be admitted. I would like to also mention that all of this was done while they had an emergency brought in bleeding out on the floor and providing him with pints of blood to keep him alive until a helicopter could take him to Nashville.
Everyone was polite. MRI Technician was super nice and quick!! Check in was slow, even though I pre-checked in online.
