Driving Directions

From Highland Avenue, turn onto W. Forest Avenue, travel approximately 1.5 miles, and turn left into the Medical Center Physicians Tower, which is located across the street from Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Entrance

When you arrive, the first thing you’ll notice is the front door. It provides convenient access for patients and visitors. Walk through the first set of sliding doors at the front entrance and look immediately to your left and you will see the waiting room for West Tennessee Surgery Center. If you go all the way through the second set of sliding doors into the front lobby then you have gone too far and will have missed our entrance.

Parking

You are encouraged to park in Parking Garage 3, which is located conveniently behind the Medical Center Physicians Tower. You may drop off your patient at the Medical Center Physicians Tower’s main entrance then park in Garage 3. Tall vehicles can only park between the Lower Level and the 3rd floor. There is signage indicating when the garage height lowers so please be careful of this. You can access West Tennessee Surgery Center from the Lower Level or Level 3 of Garage 3. If you park on Level 3, you will need to enter the crosswalk to get into the Medical Tower and then you can ride the elevator down to the 1st floor where the Surgery Center is located. The best option to enter the Surgery Center is to park on the Lower Level and enter the front of the Medical Tower. Look immediately to the left and you will see our Waiting Room.

The Bridge

The bridge connects the Medical Center Physicians Tower to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. It gracefully goes above West Forest Avenue, making it easy to access the West Tennessee Surgery Center from the hospital.
