equipment, respiratory services, and compassionate, prompt customer service. We are delighted to

Accreditation and Licensure

Medical Center Medical Products is licensed by the State of Tennessee and, as a reflection of our
commitment to excellence and patient care, goes beyond any other local medical products
company and meets the requirements to be accredited by The Joint Commission, a national
accreditation organization.

Medical Products undergoes regular accreditation surveys and audits to maintain this
achievement. This assures each customer of the highest quality of professionalism and serves to
verify that our practices are free from fraud of any kind — one more reason to place confidence

Our Team

Medical Center Medical Products team is composed of a customer-oriented staff who are
experts in the medical products and equipment industry.

Assistive Technology Providers
Assistive Technology Providers evaluate patients for specific custom rehab needs, and deliver and train the patient and family on the use of specific equipment.

Customer Service Representatives
Medical Center Medical Products’ Customer Service Representatives are top-notch! Each is very
knowledgeable about our products and all are eager to assist you. Among the staff are people
who specialize in mastectomy prosthesis fittings and products, compression hosiery fittings, and
the measurement and fitting of a variety of braces and ambulatory appliances.

Delivery Technicians
We frequently receive commendations by our patients on our numerous Delivery Technicians
for their caring manner and attention to detail. Extremely well trained, they will not leave a
home until they are sure the customer has all the information needed to correctly and safely use
the equipment.

Medical Billing Staff
Each member of the Medical Billing staff has a specialty, whether Medicare, TennCare, private
insurance, or self-pay patients. They are well known for their accuracy and skill in working with
providers, reimbursement companies, and, of course, patients and customers.

Medical Record Specialists
Medical Record Specialists work behind the scenes to keep all patient care information safe and
readily available. Warehouse and Inventory personnel are constantly working to keep the
equipment needed in stock, in good condition, and in its place to assist in speedy delivery.

Biomedical Technician
We also employ a biomedical technician with many years of experience in the maintenance and
repair of the equipment sold by Medical Center Medical Products.

Individualized Services

Medical Center Medical Products’ service to others goes beyond meeting customer needs. Medical Center Medical Products prides itself as a community service as well. Medical Center Medical Products’ staff members spend hundreds of volunteer hours participating in many different activities and raise thousands of dollars for charity each year.

After Hours Emergency Services

Medical Products’ staff of professionals is also available nights and weekends for emergencies. If an emergency should occur after hours, please call the office at 731-664-4305 or 800-464-6284. Your call will be answered by a well-qualified answering service that will forward the call to Medical Center Medical Products personnel for prompt assistance.

For an after-hours call or page, our goal is to return a call in 30 minutes and to provide a two-hour response for delivery if it is medically necessary.

Please note that only standard home medical equipment can be delivered after business hours. Specialized equipment or any items requiring fitting must be measured and/or ordered during regular business hours.
